With our innovative self check-in system, everything is designed to allow you to start your stay in the easiest and most pleasant way possible. Our goal is to provide you with maximum freedom and autonomy while staying in a modern and cozy apartment.

1.Choose apartment
Go to the “Book” section of our website
Here you will find a selection of apartments designed to meet the different needs of guests. Select the type of apartment that best suits your stay:
- If you are traveling alone or on business, you might prefer a studio apartment.
- If you are with family or friends, choose one of the larger apartments or separate rooms.
Either way, you’ll find a cozy, functional space ready to make you feel at home.
2.Book the stay you desire
Once you have chosen the apartment, select the dates of your stay and check availability.
- Select the period you want, choosing from the available options.
- Customize your reservation to suit your needs: choose the number of people, add any extra services such as extra maid service, and make sure you get the offer that best suits you.
Complete payment directly online through our secure Nexi or PayPal services to confirm your reservation.
3.Fill in your details to confirm
After completing your reservation, you will receive an email with all the instructions for self check-in.
- Follow the steps outlined in the email to complete the registration of your information: enter the requested data, arrival date, and other necessary information.
- Please note: Self check-in must be completed within 5 days prior to the arrival date. If it is not done by this deadline, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will not receive an access code to enter the facility.
4.Your access code for all services
Once you have successfully completed self check-in, you will receive your personalized access code
This code will allow you to enter the parking lot, the main door of the facility, and your apartment.
- Parking access: use the code to open the automatic barrier at the entrance to the parking lot upon your arrival. Parking is free, and the barrier will be closed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next morning. To enter and exit during this time slot, you must use the badge you will find in your room.
- Facility and apartment access: the code will allow you to make your first entry directly into the building and into your room. During your stay, for subsequent entries, you will find a badge that will allow you to access all areas of the facility (including the parking lot) and your room.
REMINDER/WARNING: At the end of your stay, we recommend that you leave your badge in your room so we can have it ready for the next guest.
5.Communicate your check-in tim

To ensure a perfect welcome, please let us know your arrival time in advance. This will allow us to arrange check-in and welcome you without waiting. A member of our staff will be ready to assist you in verifying the necessary identification documents to complete the procedure. We recommend that you prepare a valid ID for each guest in your group.
